White, Hagi Ware tea cup, made in the traditional style.  Hagi ware is characterized by a thick white glaze of Feldspar and wood ash applied in a drip-style, signalling the passage of time.  A small notched detail at foot is indicative of the artist's hand, an intentional imperfection.
